A meeting of the project steering committee was held to kick off the Envision Ellettsville process! The meeting was held on Wednesday June 2, 2021. During the meeting members of the Ellettsville Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Ellettsville and key community members gave a presentation to orient the steering committee to the planning purpose and process, and their role and responsibilities.
Envision Ellettsville was described as being an opportunity to look forward while also keeping an eye in the rearview mirror. Following the presentations the group engaged in an open discussion about the process, the local needs and ideas and priorities for the future.
