On March 1, the project team presented the draft recommendations to the steering committee. The project team provided an overview of how the document was organized and then introduced a series of foundational projects, geographic focus area, and supporting big ideas. Following the meeting, the committee received the draft of chapter 4 that includes the action plan recommendations.
